Rappelons que conformément à l’article 78 de la Constitution, le président de la République nomme le Premier ministre au sein de la majorité parlementaire après consultation de celle-ci.
Si une telle majorité n’existe pas, le Président de la République confie une mission d’information à une personnalité en vue d’identifier une coalition.
L’informateur nommé aura trente jours renouvelable une seule fois pour identifier cette coalition majoritaire.
